About Jenny

With over 20 years' experience in top kitchens in the UK, Jenny has developed a passion for zero waste and nose-to-tail cooking, creating innovative and health-conscious menus that minimise food waste and utilise every part of the animal.  

Whilst being led by the seasons and local produce, Jenny takes inspiration from the distinguished flavours of her childhood growing up in Finland.

When she isn't in the kitchen cooking, you'll find her either foraging with her two young daughters or fighting food waste as an Olio volunteer.
